Stephen Matthew Williams

February 7, 1987 - July 8, 2021

Chef and musician, Stephen "Tuna" William's love for life did not come to an end with his death. Stephen passed away on July 8, 2021 at the age of 34. Stephen was surrounded by the love and prayers of many friends and family from around the world. Stephen went to culinary school at The Mid-West Culinary Institute at Cincinnati State College. It was there that his culinary career blossomed into a passion for not only food but for life. Stephen was born in Yokosuka Japan, but wherever he resided Stephen made an impact on those he came into contact with. It was in Jacksonville Florida that Stephen found his true happiness often bragging on the company, his co-workers and friends. His work at ARC Group was the joy of his life. We can honestly say that Jacksonville was his true home.
