Charlene Letryz

Charlene Victoria Barker was born on May 18th,1981 in Barbados to Marva Oneta Barker and Peter Leroy Whittaker. She attended St.George Primary School from 1985 to 1992 and The Coleridge and Parry Secondary School from 1992 until 1996. She was always a person who marched to the beat of her own drum. Fearless and Independent from birth. On the first day of Primary school at age 4, Charlene should have been in class with the other children, but was found outside playing in the rain. When asked by the Teacher why she wasn't in class with the other children. She fearlessly spoke up, "I love to play in the rain" She was talented in many ways especially in sports, she was a great athlete. Charlene won many trophies and awards as she always excelled in whatever she put her mind to. While living in Barbados she attended the Wobourne Weslyan Holiness Church in her neighborhood of Flat Rock in St.George. Always a stylish person, Charlene loved shoes, clothes and to dress to impress. She loved to dress up so much that one of the neighbors nicknamed her "Elsa Klench" after the American fashion news presenter. Charlene used to spend her school holidays in the USA, and in 1996 She emigrated to the United States at the age of 15 years old. She lived in New York with her mom and her aunts where she attended the Boys and Girls High School in Brooklyn, NY. In 2001 Charlene Met and Married Mr.Ramses Letryz and became Mrs.Charlene Letryz. Charlene and her family eventually moved to Jacksonville, Florida where she resided until she was called home to be with the Lord. Always a leader and a hard-working lady, Charlene held several different positions. She always worked to ensure that she held a position of at least Supervisor or manager in any organization in which she was employed. She was always friendly, loved to laugh, have fun and always had a smile on her face. She loved her children and grandchildren and lived to make them happy. Charlene Leaves to mourn Ramses Letryz, Her children Bobbi, Amon,Ajale, Aden and Axel. Her grandchildren Phoenix, Faith, Ares, Sapphire and Saige. Her friend Della. Her mom Marva and her dad Peter. Her Sisters Judy, Corelli, Victoria, her nieces Abigail and Stephanie. Her brother-in-law Andrew. Aunts Maggie, Isabelle,Greta,Laurine and Uncle Jeffrey. Her cousins Caroline,Gail, Colin,Waveney,Lisa and many other relatives in the USA and Barbados. May She Rest in Peace and Rise in Glory
