Schnauss North East Florida Funeral Home and Cremation Services

Schnauss North East Florida Funeral Home and Cremation Services is part of a fourth-generation family owned and operated business since 1919. Paul (Cameron) Naugle, Jr., a fourth generation funeral director was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and is a graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Services in Atlanta . Roy Schnauss III is the third generation of his family raised in jacksonville and is a Graduate of the University of Florida with degrees in Business and Biology. Katherine Naugle graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2001, and an M.B.A. from Stetson University School of Business Administration in 2001.

Schnauss North East Florida Funeral Home and Cremation Services is a full-service funeral provider. Our goal is to make it easier for loved ones to get the details right so they can honor and celebrate the life that has passed on. While we recognize that there are a lot of options out there, the right service is really the only option.     Roy Schnauss III is the third generation of his family raised in Jacksonville and is a Graduate of the University of Florida with degrees in Business and Biology.

    Roger Delaney, Funeral Director in Charge

    Roger is a graduate of The Institute of Funeral Service in Houston, Texas, where he graduated with honors. He has a son, Christian, who lives in San Antonio, Texas , and has 5 grandchildren. He is an avid karaoke singer and is active in leading praise and worship at Open Door Biker FellowshipHe has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in excess of 30 years and has worked for Large corporate funeral homes where he managed several at one time. He also served as an area manager over 11 funeral homes in South Texas. He has also worked for several family owned firms where his client satisfaction was always listed as Above and Beyond Expectations."I am honored to be a part of The Schnauss North East Florida Funeral Home and Cremation Services Family.     Katherine Schnauss Naugle Esq., Legal Affairs and Marketing Manager

    Katherine is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. She is the immediate Past-President of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association. She is a member of the Jacksonville Chapter, D.A.R.. She attended Riverside Presbyterian Day School and is a graduate of The Bolles School. She is happily married to Cameron Naugle, owner of Schnauss North East Florida Funeral Home and Cremation Services and has two small children, Abigail and Logan, who are the light of her life.Katherine graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in 1998. She then graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2001, and an M.B.A. from Stetson University School of Business Administration in 2001.Katherine has her own law firm in the Riverside area of Jacksonville and has been practicing law since 2001. She is admitted to practice by the Florida Bar and by the United States Court, Middle District of Florida. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate planning, Probate, and Guardianship where she has represented both the guardians and the wards. She is invited regularly to speak to groups in the community regarding estate planning, probate and guardianship issues. She regularly donates her time to pro bono clients in need of assistance.She is a Past President of the Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association, a member of the Jacksonville Chapter, D.A.R., the Florida Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bar Association, a member of the Small Business Resource Network and a member of the Junior League of Jacksonville.

    Michelle Freeman

    Michelle Freeman, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, where she serves as a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, Certified Cremationist, Makeup Artist, as well as a Certified Life Coach specializing in Grief Wellness Support. Michelle received her A.S. Degree in Funeral Services from Piedmont Technical College in 2019, along with her certification in Cremation Services from The National Funeral Directors Association. Additionally, she has over 10+ years of experience as a makeup artist. Ms. Freeman obtained a certification as a Life Coach from Embrace You Training Solution, that combined with a love for people, Michelle provides thought on the critical first steps toward healing after a loss through grief support. Working in Funeral Services has always been a lifelong dream as it allows her to combine all her passions and desires to be of service into one career. After overcoming the loss of her dear friend, she had journeyed through grief and recovery.
